Second postcard was a very cool one from Finland.  I was really surprised to get a traditional dress card bc I thought I'd seen everything Finland had to offer in postcards.  Considering they are 113 on the global population list, they manage to produce a crazy array of country-related postcards.  Go Finalnd!

The second card of the day was a thank you card from that chick on the FB group that was asking people to send birthday cards to her daughter.  I did it way back in July so I hope it didn't all this time to get there.  I'd kind of forgot the woman had promised to send a card.  I really love the card she sent me though.  There are a lot of cards ( Read more... )

This is my third card. It is HUGE, GIGANTIC! It's over a foot long! Definitely this is the largest card I've received and probably the largest I'll ever get.  I can't imagine anything being bigger.

At about noon today the postman came by and dropped off my fourth postcard, which is from Finland!  I knew it wouldn't be too long before I got one from Finland and the Netherlands.  They are a huge chunk of the non-Americans on Postcrossing.  In fact I'm pretty sure Finland has sent as many post cards as the US, which is amazing considering the ( Read more... )
