Landlord +1 knocks on door at 10:30am, states he's here to finally do the upgrade to the bathroom/ shower. Said he'd be done by 2pm. 5.5 hrs later they're still here and making un-nerving loud pops come from electrical sockets... not to mention leaving me a lovely mess to clean up after them.
