Been quiet lately
Not much going on lately - quiet on the home front.
Highlights in summary:
* Ryan (7) did well (for him) in a gymnastics comp last w/e - 8.95 on rings and 8.9 on parallel bars. Level 1. Bombed floor though.
* His team 3rd overall and they got medals.
* Work is getting me down - looking to join the RAAF reserves to get away from it - now I just have to get fit enough to pass the fitness tests.
* Alex has been off work for a bit after minor surgery.
* Jon is taking laptop to school - making a difference to work output.
* Hardly any geocaching going on.
* Geocaching event in the flinders next weekend - hoping to break the 700 mark.
* Never been to the flinders before.
* Venturers last night did belaying for Angle Vale Cubs at Indoor Rockclimbing. Our little guy actually had a climb and that was an incredible achievement for him. It's funny seeing a fellow smaller than the cubs belaying!
* Camping at Mt Crawford this weekend, but the weather will be crap.
* Got 19/20 for a third year assignment - chuffed.
* Spending a lot of time studying at Maswon Lakes campus library - with Kat & Jode
* Kat might be a PAL for V's next year.
* Cory is being roped as AVL.
* Got my OK GO! CD - very happy with it - there is more to these guys than treadmills.
