I don't know how I messed up as much as I did. I haven't written on here since November, and that's a little bit to long.

Sure, I can use the excuse that it was close to December, and the Christmas and New Year Period is always stressful. And it was in it's own little way, but nothing overly dramatic. I did have a week off during Christmas where I just spent time laying on my couch and playing games. I did give Origins a go, and it got me hooked on the series. Only have a handful left to play now, Revelations, Assassin's Creed 3, Rogue and Unity.

The TV was one of the best purchases I've made in my life.

My writing has taken a downturn however. I ended up scrapping Oh, Death as I wasn't happy with the way the main character turned out. Brought out to much bad memories. And then in January I ended up with an arm injury that persisted and enabled me from gaming and writing for months on end. It's now June, nearly July, and I still have to be careful with what I do.

But I'm going to buy a new laptop after my birthday. I have a suspicion that part of the problem is my keyboard. It's rather hard, and I can't write on it comfortably. So a softer keyboard is required. Maybe even a larger one to. I'll probably wind up buying a cheapish windows or notebook or something. I don't spend a lot of time on the internet really, just to write. And you don't need anything fancy for writing on google docs.

I do the rest of my online surfing on my Ipad now. Where I'm totally hooked on Avengers Academy, It's a ridiculously fun game, even if the community that follows it is disgustingly greedy.

What else has happened? I did buy tickets to see Thirty Seconds to Mars, so they're off my bucket list. Great show, started an hour late however which wasn't very respectable. Foo Fighters did a tour, and I bought tickets. One word, amazing. Would definitely go and see them again. Also saw Marilynn Manson again, much better show now considering he was sober. Saw Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds again. Still not unsure on which show was the better one. Went to a Festival last Wednesday, Wardruna was pretty great. Ozzy Osbourne was... pretty shit.

So lot's of music. All hard time with the arm, got better with Music. I went to Spain again with my dad to drive around on the Motorbike, should get my drivers License for a motorbike this summer. But I need to book lessons and I can't find them online, so not putting any hopes up. We went to Poland, got to see Auschwitz again. Can't really say much about that. Depressing and terrible, but you learn a lot.

And me? How have I been? Well, hanging in there. The arm thing got me really upset, couldn't do my hobbies, couldn't walk without pain, and the pain was intense. Got strong painkillers and they only worked for half of the time they were supposed to and felt the pain through. Took a long time before I got any help with it.

I'm going to try and start writing again, I'm forever leaning in between continuing Oh, Death and starting world building for the viking story. I also have a summer project to do, a fanfiction, but that's a summer project, have two more months. I'm trying to learn myself to take it easy.

So I found a thirty day writing challenge online, will be doing that for the world building viking story, and try to write the summer project. I just might spend this month outlining the fanfiction, and then writing it on the new laptop.

Will be getting Black Panther by next week, steelcase so that'll be a fun rewatch. I'm still not over Infinity War, not sure I ever will be at this rate.

Somehow, this must have seemed like a depressing post. It felt depressing to write, despite all the good things. Maybe it's just my current state of mind. But of a rough week.

update, nick cave and the bad seeds, holiday, writing, fanfiction, spain, books, blogging, concert, deaths story
