Green Beans
Corn
Arugula
Radishes
Salad Mix
Pomegranates
Flamingo & Gypsy Peppers
Tomatoes

I have one leek left from last week, which I'm thinking of turning into little crispy leek rings/bits. Which made me think I should make green bean casserole and put the leeks on top. mmmn.

If anyone has radish suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them.

I'm excited about the pomegranates. I'm thinking about using at least one to glaze some chicken or something.

If fresh corn wasn't so delicious just by itself, I might be tempted to try to make corn chowder, which I've not made before. But I have a feeling we'll just want to eat it with a little butter right off the cobb. It's quick and so good.

We got gypsy peppers a couple of weeks ago, I found them quite sweet and good for all sorts of uses. I've never heard of flamingo peppers, but I assume they are sweet as well, since they're being grouped with the gypsies. A quick search verifies they are a hybrid sweet bell type pepper. Sounds yummy to me.
