CSA
For those following our CSA adventure, our second box arrived today.
It contains:
Asparagus
Carrots
Celery
Cabbage
Mizuna
Salad Mix
Iceberg Lettuce
caramida is not a big fan of celery, I was thinking I might be able to convince him to try cream of celery soup if we have another chilly rainy day. If not, I'll just stuff it with peanut butter and snack on it. :) I rarely cook with celery, usually only soups or in bread stuffing for thanksgiving, etc.
I have a feeling that lots of salads are in our future this week. Sounds good to me. :)
