So the bubbling is almost over - about time to pull the baby beer out of primary. I'm still undecided if/how I want to put it on secondary. At the very least, I could keg it and let the keg sit. Timing is an issue as we may or may not try for a 'We've Been Homeowners For One Year!' party, which means I either need to hold off tapping this beer, or make another batch.

If I do the latter, then I'll need some stalwart souls to help me drink what I've got now.
