Theory about Bepo
So for some reason this idea popped into my head...[Spoiler for Dressrosa arc (click to open)]perhaps Bepo was a human, but was turned into a stuffed toy bear by Sugar in Dressrosa? That would explain the human language (although of course, there's Pappug, whose language skills are also unexplained). On the other hand, he really seems to think of himself as a bear, so maybe not. More thought required.
