im so sorry caroline, that is really wrong that your stepmom explained the situation in such a way to your sister and then had her relay the information to you shows how immature and backwards some adults can be...i guess the best tthing you can do for those kids is be there for them. be a positive influence in their lives...maybe heather would let you take them for a sleepover once and a while or something so you dont have to spend time with her and your dad when you spend time with the kids? i dont know what life was like growing up for you with the 2 of them but you seem like a kind caring good person who has sound values and is nothing like the way you describe them...im guessing they left you with some emotional scars, be thankful you turned into your own person seperate from their yuckiness. take care of yourself!!
Hey thanks Heidi that makes em feel a lot better. I slept things off last night even though I had probably the wost night in my apt ever. I dunno I mean I probably will just have to help the kids in my own way. I can't even begin to explain how those two messed up my childhood, but it's all good now.
