OMG it's time for Pacificon ENVY!
As many of you may have noticed, a large number of fen are preparing to head up to the Pacific Northwest for that reputably INCREDIBLE con known as Pacificon, or, more fondly, bitchinparty.
I would love to be there. The lovely and talented mergatrude would also love to be there, but alas, life and distance stand in our way. So instead! We are resurrecting the online alternatives to Pacificon, pacifi_cant | pacifi_cant@DW!
Awesome tentative plans are AWESOME! (and tentative.) Here's what we're looking at so far:
+ Pan-fandom, pan-genre prompt meme.
+ Favorite Moments meme
+ Pan-fandom picspam
+ Claim your own meta ANY of the BP panel topics, including fannish history, writing, AU, idfic, podfic, crafting, kink, and the following fandoms: Due South, Sherlock Homes (any), Sherlock BBC, Star Trek (any/all), Bandom, Comics (any/all) -- to be posted in accordance with the Pacificon schedule. (Exact times will be provided so we don't inadvertently steal any official BP panels' thunder.)
+ Cocktail Party Social of YAY!
+ Skype Viewing Party, if there's interest and the ability to conquer time zones.
