So who knew that becoming lazy, not going to the gym as often and eating whatever the hell you want all turn into becoming a fat ass again??? I guess I did, but I got comfy and lazy and it happened. Not sure when, not sure why, but I am sure I want to change.
I can't do a trainer. Doesn't work for me really. Instead, I'd prefer to do it my way. I will start tracking my calories in, try to get calories out and really focus on getting healthy.
My pants almost don't fit, I'm sick of it. So I am going all out.
I'm going to cleanse before I start too. Not sure what cleanse to do, or if I should just fast. But I know I need to purge my body of the garbage.
No more candy, no more snacks that are unhealthy. I will have a meal plan for Breakfast, Lunch, snacks and dinners. I will still cook for the house, but will make everything healthy. I can't wait for this part honestly.
And I will force myself to do more cardio.... as much as I hate it... 30-45 minutes each time. I need to burn the fat and build the muscle.
