(no subject)
Well, I'm sure as most of you know, Heather is originally from Florida, and her entire family is down there. And, it's been hard for her being away from them, especially from nephew and new niece. We've been here for a day, and I feel it was an overdue trip. I feel a lot more comfortable as opposed to the first time I came down.
The only downfall was that we were on the road for over 20 hours because we went 100 miles out of our way because we missed an exit. VERY AGGRAVATING when you've only had three hours of sleep. We won't make the same mistake on the way back. We leave for home on Wednesday.
Tonight, we went over to Greg's house (Hillery's (Heather's sister) beau at the moment), it was way out in the boonies and dirt roads...Such a culture shock for me! It was interesting...
Sadly, I can't sleep, it's 5:40 in the morning, and we didn't get in until 2:00, so I don't know what's up with that, but I'll probably end up forcing myself to go to sleep, so I can get up sometime this morning.
