I finally bought the 2 expansions and I'm working on Prince, but the barbs are killing me. I don't war, I'm a builder, and go for cultural victories. If I go crazy building military to defend against barbs early on, I'm not pursuing the cultural win and I'll never get a victory any earlier than the 20th century.
