I went whining to my (other) Little Boss this morning that I didn't know what to eat for breakfast. The past couple of days I've done the hard-boiled eggs/V8, but I know I'm not enjoying it. I was on a sausage-egg-cheese on crossainte kick for a while but I know it's just going to sit in my gut. Besides, why eat such horrible food if I find it more a chore to eat than tasty? He suggested cereal, which was something I'd considered during my stomach-growling commute.
Result: I'm eating Apple Jacks. Yum! No nutritional value whatsoever, but they're fresh and different. I don't think I've had cereal in, literally, years. Many oatmeal mornings, but no milk and dried things.
I may have started myself on a new breakfast trend. I might buy a box of (healthier) cereal for my morning meals.
