Any Photoshop people out there?
Ok, I know next-to-nothing about Photoshop. I run Photoshop 7.0 and basically just use it to resize and optimize photos.
I sometimes use Fireworks to batch process photos I know are huge in pixels down to fit the 500 x 500 scale. Is there a way, in either program, to batch process photo optimization? It's very painstaking to have to open a photo, File --> Save for Web. I just want jpgs in medium for these photos, they need to be under (or at least around) 30k.
I think I tried to record an action once and that really didn't work.
Edit: If you aren't a photoshop person but know someone who is, please direct said friends to me. I have 200+ photos to do and it really takes up time.
