There's been a murder-- par for course 'round here, yeah, but you lot know that murders must be pre-approved by the inmate in question's warden. Now, if one-- [CHECKING HIS NOOOOTES] Rube Sofer would kindly step forward and verify that he has consented to... [NOTES AGAIN] Jason Dean's death, we can end this right now, no need to kick in doors. As always, retroactive consent to an inmate's demise is permissible.
If neither Rube nor the individuals responsible for this unsanctioned death speak up by morning, Sgt. Howie and I will be making our own PERSONALISED inquiries. Personally, I hope nobody speaks up, 'cause the lot of you brain donors could use a good thrashing.
The rules are in place for a reason! You do not trample around MY Barge disregarding them unless you're ready to man up and face the consequences!
