The Interactive Pros Virtual Tuesday Office
Okay - Tuesday is Tuesday, so I thought I might try and perk it up with a bit of added Pros writing again today - it was nice to get back to the lads last week. Only just me on my own telling myself "write Pros" doesn't work either, so I thought maybe I'd try an interactive Pros writing game type thing today - if anyone fancies interacting with a Prosfic...?
What I thought was that in between working, I would write Pros and post the wee bursts, and then (going back to the 1980s... *g*) I would ask someone to decide which direction the story goes next. Not in lots of big detail, but for instance, if the fic got as far as "They stood in front of the door, listening." then someone might prompt "They go through the door!" or "The door bursts open" or "They can't be bothered with the door and have mad sex right where they're standing" or "There are dragons behind the door" or... okay, granted dragons are less likely in the CI5verse, but I will be open to anything.
What do you reckon? Will you play with me? *g* And in case more than one prompt turns up per piece, I'll take the first one - if others fit in too then I might try and use them, but I'll go with the first one that someone posts.
And I know this is all WIPing, and lots of people don't like that, but... maybe just this once..? *g* Would someone give me a prompt to start the story - anything you like, as long as it's going to be Bodie/Doyle at the heart of it. What are you in the mood for...?
Meanwhile, back in the actual work bit of the office, this is how today needs to go: 50 pages of proofreading, fiddle practice, fiddle lesson, Riverford order, book Job 2 course accommodation cos it's getting close.
