Well when I get a "round tuit"
I really should be signing and addressing Christmas cards but I guess I'm going to put it off until tomorrow. I did manage to get a card off to my cousin in Canada and also one to my friend in Peru. I don't know for sure if the one to Peru is going to reach him by Christmas but I can hope.
I took a few pictures of my neighbor's "lovely" Christmas display which I've already posted. I hope to get some pics at night as well.
Another thing is, it looks kind of "out of place" without snow on the ground. That might help it look somewhat better. Ah well. They aren't breaking any laws or anything like that so I really shouldn't complain. They are known to be trouble makers though. I think they've somewhat settled down over the past few years. I've heard some stories though.
I do remember one summer when they had a dead deer hanging from a tree in their front yard!
We called the police then. Yeah- they had a deer that someone had shot and I guess they would letting the blood drain or something (not sure what). Didn't seem right to us. This was back in 1997 I think. Many years ago.
One year their cousin was visiting and he beat up my son while he was "trick or treating".
We did receive compensation on that.
Tonight I am going to a German Christmas concert. I am going with a friend of mine and possibly another friend is joining us. The other friend is supposed to call me at 4 if she is going but if she isn't then she will not call me. I kind of have the feeling she isn't going to go.
Well I guess that is about all for now.
I am waiting for my son to wake up so I can watch some stuff I recorded last night.
He sleeps in the living room so I can't watch anything on that TV until he's awake and/or not using that set to watch something else.
Bbbrrr- I'm cold. It's not even that cold today but now I feel cold! I wonder why?
