What I've been up to
Well what have I been up to?
I've been working this week. The job assignment I am on is at the Goodwill Industries. It involves taking a strip of tape and placing it straight and neatly onto the area where the other tape is (was?). Someone else peels off the cover from the other tape first. I don't even know really how to explain it. From what little I can seem to find out, the boxes we are working on were either in a warehouse or they were exposed to moister when being sent overseas and got moist and there are concerns that the tape on the boxes is now not strong enough to insure that the boxes will stay closed when they are sealed so I guess that is why the tape needs to be replaced.
I've also been doing a lot of reading. I am now trying to read a lot of positive thinking and positive attitude books. Also books about faith.
Last night I attended a prayer meeting/vigil. There are plans to have this every Friday at the church I attend. I think this is a good idea.
This Tuesday I take "Ami" back to SICSA so he can get his 2nd set of shots and I think they will also be keeping him this time so he can be neutered and then put up for adoption.
I am going to miss him but I just can't deal with him anymore.
He's torn up more of my kitchen floor. I guess he's into home remodeling!
He just needs more attention and time and patience and training than I can provide. He deserves better.
