stealing time in colaba
I've been down with some sort
of airline bug/flu/cold for the past 3 days.
I blame it on the 30 hour delay
at Heathrow London where we sat
on the runway for 6 or so hours
as they tried to fix the jet engine.
Finally they couldn't fix the jet so
United put the whole plane's 300 odd
passengers up in a hotel for the night.
And me in only thin Indian tee-shirts
in a chilly February London rain
waiting for hours on the busses ramp
to get to said airport hotel.
and Anyway I got sick soon
after getting back to San Francisco
never mind it was pouring rain
in California when I landed.
I'm feeling a bit better today.
Work hates me, I was on vacation for 2 weeks
and then out sick for another 3 days.
SO as my brain slowly returns to me
here are a few shots from South Bombay,
Colaba in particular. I followed my friend
N~ on a couple photo shoots for stories
on the food section of Hindustan Times.
No hard news here,
just stealing time.

came in for a beer and posed for me.
Apnavi, she's a darling of the South Bombay scene.

AGGGH any activity that requires more
brain cells than a page 3 bollywood party
is beyond me at this moment...
