Yes the Blue Mt. Railway in the Nigiri hills of Tamil Nadu.
This is hill station country. When the heat of the Indian summer get too oppresive in the low lands those who can head for the cooler weather in the hills. It was the British during the Raj that started the hill stations. Now they are the enclave of the flush techies and other new rich Indians who come for the week-end or vacations. This is Coonoor.
The British Raj also started the tea plantations on terraced hillsides.
I came for the train.
