Not to be outdone by his sister, Joshua fell skiing today and was transported off the mountain in an ambulance.  There was a large contingent at the ski school pushing for helicopter evacuation, but the weather didn't permit it.  I had the unenviable opportunity to interpret my son's head CT (normal) because I was far and away the best-qualified

I am really sorry that what should have been a wonderful time has been as stressful as it was. I am glad that everyone will (eventually) be fine, but I hope you have some good times coming up in your future.
