I need around 13 pages each for tax returns to Metro and Multnomah County. These are 3.9 ounces, but they are large lumpy envelopes, so need $4.75 postage for first class. Ursula is a 3 ounce stamp and that is 1.08 right now, so four of those is 4.32. Add on a 1 ounce stamp and that covers postage ( Read more... )

* House67's townhouse lot is now past the demolition and fence-off stage. A dump truck came in and dumped gravel. It looks like the gravel is used to line the base of the foundation which they are digging to around 4 feet deep. I saw only a couple of workers on the project.
