tracking stuff
Everything is going well again.
* lady_hearted is back. I really missed being able to talk to her every morning and evening...because otherwise it's just work and sleep...and unrelieved stress.
* weather is really nice.
* Harvey's house--the former Washington residents (by the license plates on their vehicles) removed the chain link fence from the front of their property. They may even decide to do something on the one which borders us...but probably would want to work out a deal with us first.
* Nothing yet done to the empty lot (okay, lots...the narrow lot subdivision was approved).
* The triangular property near Ivy Island is being dug up now. My guess--it was a former gas station and they want to remove the tank. Future plans? Who knows.
* The store offering miscellania which moved once apparently has settled in St. Johns for good, as "Greg's" has repainted and spruced up its building and added a sign. I am not as keen on them mainly because they don't seem all that interested in customers. We visited them like a half hour before their posted closing time and the guy in charge said he was closing early because he was hungry. Dude, remember to bring a sandwich or something!
* Credit pay-down continuing to be very successful. No big expenses expected and the amounts of income, outgo and credit account balances are tracking properly (in other words, I didn't forget something in my analysis).
* The parts of the house and landscape we have worked on seem to be holding their own...not any worse even for my lack of attention of the past week.
