Gastro-Intestinal Recovery (again)

Sep 10, 2021 19:44

I got through to-day without any Gastro-Intestinal issues as I had hoped.

Yesterday for lunch had a faux meat sandwich with lettuce, but I think the lettuce was bad. I had diarrhea and later stomach pains. For dinner I ate the reliable Amy's Mexican bowl (low sodium) and was feeling a little better, but I was hungry after having lost most of my lunch from the reaction. So ate hummus and bread...with water.

I went to bed still with a stomach ache, but it was not so bad that I couldn't sleep.

Awoke after my full sleep and struggled with stomach gas, but the coffee was good...and later breakfast.

For lunch to-day had the same except peanut butter instead of the faux meet and lettuce and mustard.

My stomach still "remembers" the pain but I think it is ok now. Hungry, though.

Studied up on how to tell our verification system what the voltage is to report properly. Watched a 1.5 hour video: a follow-up to a video yesterday. Now I am getting the gist of this system for the system...

Did a lot of work on some code to add polygons to layout, then threw it away and started over. I think I am on the right track now.

Also "bullet-proofed" a test which was failing due to slow output that marred the results. I got the email about the failure right before 5 p.m. I was tired but got it done.

It is now the weekend! We had a late day mail delivery and I have more mission photos now....

stomach, work, missions
