Condenser Maintenace
Right now it is 92 degrees Fahrenheit outside and inside 79 degrees, relative humidity 64.
We would like it to be 66 degrees inside.
Our cooling system is struggling.
The IQ Drive display panel/thermostat doesn't have any diagnostics which would help explain.
Must be the condenser itself.
I have never cleaned it and this is probably the reason why the system is not working well with the higher temperatures.
Even when cooler outside it has to work harder.
So, I have some work to do...and I need to turn off the fan to work on it!
I would do this work immediately now that I know this is a problem, but I also have an important task for my job which I must complete by 9 a.m.
If I had only know there was a problem on Friday I could have done the cleaning, then would be ready for the work.
