Calm
Slept soundly last night and dreams were not nightmares. Woke relaxed and fully rested even while Venom was meowing and pawing at our bedroom door to get me up.
So far so good:
* fed cats.
* put out full recycling and compost bins.
* heated, sugared, creamed and drank my coffee.
* downed my pills.
* read the news.
* checked ebay and bought photos of Cascade Locks.
Finished work last night after 7 p.m. with a rewriting of some code and creation of some utility procedures.
Made macaroni and cheese while listening to Benny Goodman music, particularly a break out of Sing Sing Sing from his 1938 Carnegie Hall Concert. Marisa came into the kitchen at the time, saying she could smell the pleasant odor of the soy chorizo from upstairs. She really got into Gene Krupa's drumming and collided with the kitchen counter.
The previous night we finished Stargate Atlantis (the final episode from the 5th season).
Last night we watched the final two episodes of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, The Teenage Witch. The ending was definitely final.
