Marisa and I had a nice day, even though the center of it meant having to think about death.
We woke as late as our cats would allow, had coffee and watched a little about the local weather, the Rose City Comic Con and CBS Sunday Morning. By 9 a.m. we were ready to do other things, which is early for us.
I ended up doing a little research and computer file reorganization as inspired by recent Ebay offerings. Then Marisa and I went to Skyline Memorial Gardens to get information about preparing for what happens after we die.
Back across the river, Marisa had lunner at Shari's. I had salmon and vegetable soup, Marisa had a double burger. We were both hungry. Alexandra served us.
It was raining all day, which is okay with me.
The ground outside seems very soggy, especially Marvin's Garden, which is as it should be. While parked at Shari's I pulled a weedy plant from a crack at the curb, then brought it home to plant in the garden...to see what it might become. It didn't belong in the curb, but it might be a nice shrub or tree even.
At 5 p.m., back at home, I did some more research online while listening to Linden records from my computer. On ebay I found a new Linden 78 which I purchased!
