163 Pounds

I think my weight is 163 pounds. If it is higher than that it is too much. If it is lower than that I am probably sick. After several days of shoveling, lifting and hammering for four hours each day, I feel physically fit.

With coupons, $20 from a year's worth of cans and bottles, $35 in accumulated $1 bills and $120 from the bank I got groceries.

Juice is in poor supply and prices are around $2.99 for everything available. I thought it was just Freddy's but Grocery Outlet was similarly hit by this lack of juice and higher prices. I bought Hansen's apple juice for $1.99 at GO. While not a big fan of AJ when we cut it with Selzer water it should be fine.

Spent $30 on delivered pizza in the evening and watched a two hour CNN program about movies in the 1980s. Not once was Star Trek mentioned. Oh well. Interesting, though. They did an excellent job on Roger Rabbit which was a uniquely entertaining romp of a movie with interview clips with director Robert Zemeckis and Christopher Lloyd plus behind the scenes footage.

I dug out the area I would like to pave with pavers to connect to the Chimney Memorial Walkway. The 6x9 paver costs $1.28 and the 6x6 paver costs 98 cents at Lowes. On Tuesday (perhaps, if I can get the day off) or Wednesday (I will take vacation W-F), I will put down landscape fabric and a bed of pea gravel in preparation for that.

Then: clean-up.

* haul all the excess dirt to Byron Hill 2
* move remaining concrete plugs and bags of rocks to LBT
* move table and potting supplies + wood pieces to south side yard
* weed LBT, free wheel barrow, rake.
* move all brick pieces to LBT.
* rake out south front area
* pick up, bag, remove all cement pieces
* clean all glass fragments and put in the glass jar
* more river rock to window wells
* moss removal from front steps
* mow park strip
* sweep sidewalk and walkways
* mow back yard
* remove weeds from cracks
* cut blackberries and grape and other weeds at Northeast corner
* remove weeds from back path and patio area
* weed back yard flower bed and trim around/clean cat cemetery
* sand and stain chair and foot stool

Then, finally, put on pickets to garbage corner fence and move any unused wood to the pile.
