Last night before going to bed I felt little lumpy things in my mouth.
This morning woke up feeling as if part of the inside of my mouth was loose. It was most noticeable when I try to clear my throat.
Also my mouth felt pasty and acidic.
The general term for this is, according to my online research, is "Globus Sensation." Part of me is panicked: I feel like something might block my airway. I rely on certain muscle activity in my mouth to clear out mucous or food particles, but now doing this feels wrong.
I can talk and swallow fine, yet the back of my mouth seems gummed up.
