Still Overloaded
I have a cold, now in its second day. Working from home.
My desk is topped with a blanket of used facial tissues.
Trying to handle two problems at once. Moderate success with both but not fast enough either.
Still looking for a day to take off as a vacation day. Not this week.
Yesterday I had to stop after 5 p.m. and take a nap rather than work. I really needed it.
The contractor who supposedly will do our driveway is checking with the city to see if it can happen. The distance between driveways may be an issue.
This weekend, if I no longer have a cold, I will chip some branches, weed Marvin's Garden and generally get the front yard in shape.
If I have a cold I will sleep a lot.
