As we approach the beginning of Summer, we see the changes in the plants around Zolacmanor.

The Peruvian Lillies are in bloom. The bumble bees like them!

The three roses we obtained at Freddies last weekend are wilting, but the plants seem to be ok. We hope next year they will do well (we are past rose blooming season).

The yellow flowers of the oxalis (growing along the north front basement window well) are gone and replaced by little seed pods.

Purple flowers spring from "red clover" which I encourage if they happen to be somewhere I can keep. They don't transplant well.

White clover flowers are in the background while these plants with small yellow flowers also are doing well. Again, these show up in an area I can encourage for now, Marvin's Garden, but eventually I will have to resurface this area: probably the fall. I may not see these again as a result, but I do like them and they seem to not be a maintenance burden.
