2009-The beginning
Slow start today, but got things done.
* Woke up LATE today (about 10:30 a.m.). However, went to bed around 2:30 a.m. and fed cats around 4:20 a.m., so I give myself this holiday.
* Just finished moving my 2008 emails to archives and now have completely clean slate for 2009!
* Washed and put away more dishes, utensils, pans, etc.
* Cleaned old file folders out to re-use for 2009, creating empty file folders with labels typed by me and provided by beatnikgoth.
* Balanced checkbook and wrote additional checks for bills.
- Now at about 27 percent of required emergency fund with requisite reserves for property tax and home insurance, medical/dental, retirement.
* Sort pants and discarded those with 31 inch waist or less.
Tomorrow:
Sort and file remaining 2008 papers into 2008 files.
Put away dishes, etc. from dishwasher.
Wash remaining pots, etc. for clear counter (one more set to do)
Get rest of holiday cards/letters ready for mail.
