Friday the 13th is on a Wednesday this month, December 2023.
It should be a better day.
The carpenters from Neil Kelly will put in the door to the cellar after removing the wood crossing the threshold. I had put all the boxes there into the crater as all of the base boxes were plastic (water flows there when water gets into the cellar). They will also start putting trim around the windows.
Marisa's phone is back, but it will only be a way to get a replacement phone. Something is wrong now--probably the socket on the phone--which prevents the phone battery from charging. More angst.
I woke late today (7 a.m.). I was extremely tired when I went to bed...and then the cats made a lot of noise around 3:30 a.m. which interrupted my sleep.
No meetings this morning, so moving ahead...breakfast, then check one more test, then on to the usage study and other projects and tasks.
The dishwasher is now accepting dirty dishes, so I should be able to rinse the few and put those in, rinse 12 cat food soaker cans and then soak 12 more. I am trying to make incremental progress.
My pills should arrive today: a day later than expected. I am skipping my pills today as I did yesterday. Tomorrow will be back on the pills.
I did not get the promised schedule from Neil Kelly's Leda before she is gone on holiday starting today. However, we are sure about the painter and the carpentry. I expect the electrician will come after 2024 begins and not before. I think he said something about going to a church, so he probably nixes any work around this time.
