Sunny Days in Kansas

Generally a visit to Autumn's Great Plains Renaissance Faire means sand burs in my fur.  Not this time, well, some, enough that they need teased out of my fur but, otherwise, I've nearly accomplished that.  The humans were enthusiastic with the Indian Summer days of the weekend, in the 90's, on Sunday.  I got to play with several children whom I have been watching grow from human cubs to bigger cubs and most of those knew automaticly that I like to play stack paw.  Lots of people I'm fond of were there though I would have enjoyed a bit more music.
Now to get spruced up for this weekend coming in Tulsa.  A tiny affair at a Library where people in Tulsa county are allowing a bear to be at large in their city streets.  It's a first.  Tulsa had refused to allow the dangerous likes of yours truly into it's county or city but now they are giving the go ahead to let me play with some Tulsans on Saturday starting at noon at the Martin Regional Library on the East Side of Tulsa at a charming, cozy little Renaissance Faire.  I can't wait to play with the Tulsans.  I hope they're playful like the Kansans in Wichita.

we're not in kansas anymore, bear at large in tulsa, toto.
