Tuesday was very Tuesday
There was school, a visit with a friend, some junk food for lunch. And then I tried to clean my office.
The effort didn’t last very long, to be honest. I had an internal debate, then external when I justified myself to the cat, but at the time I would rather have done homework than clean the office. That’s how cluttered it is at the moment.
Sewing note: Stitch in the ditch, especially on an industrial machine, still sucks. Hand sew those finishes!
Now it’s Wednesday. Still need to deal with the office, the stitch in the ditch for a sleeve cuff. It snowed and half the class isn’t here, so I’m updating instead of pinning the things together. I’m just the much of a slacker. Thing I just learned in my pattern making class: There’s new Pokémon starters and they look like Neopets. I hope this is useful to someone; I’m not sure what I’m going to use it for, but the sheer delight on everyone’s faces was adorable.
I had an intake call with a therapist yesterday that went well, so therapy starts on Thursday for a couple of months. I’m looking forward to crying at someone who will just let me and not panic. Panic is not helpful for me.
Things are pinned, time to sew.
