Dear Mr. Nott,
Thank you for your interest in my catering business. The cafe is going nicely and I've carved out a bit of a niche for myself here. I rather enjoy it after all the years at home.
As far as my catering menu and pricing, it would depend on how many people you are planning to have and what type of food you would like served. Some of the foods I serve at my restaurant are mostly plain, English food, but I have had experience by making the food for my son Bill's wedding.
Here's some of the things I could do:
Starters...puff pastry, spinach dip, shrimp cocktail, cucumber sandwiches
Dinner...baked chicken, roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, broiled fish or shrimp, lamb chops
Desserts...cheesecake, petit fours, treacle tart, cream puffs and eclairs, angel food cake
