You may or may not know me, but my name is Theodore Nott. I attended Hogwarts in your son Ronald's year, if that helps remembering any easier. Because we've never met I'll have to apologize in advance for any strangeness in this letter, I find that I express myself much better in person.
As it is your son George informed me that you have just opened up a cafe. I was wondering perhaps what your catering policies are. I am planning to host a party on the 15th of December and was hoping that you could cater the affair. I plan on inviting a few families of my acquaintance and celebrating my return to England as well as my upcoming birthday on the 25th. The manor has rather large kitchens and I can of course provide any amenities you may require. George will be providing some entertainment so you can of course collaborate with him. I would enjoy amazing the guests a little. After all one likes to come back with a bang and not a whimper. If you are interested feel free to send me an owl her at the manor, your son George's should know the way. I am more than willing to pay any price you set and of course agree to any terms you have.
