Luna realised she was trembling as she waited for the moment when she would be called on to testify. She wasn't cold, in fact, she felt unpleasantly warm. The robes she'd worn probably didn't help - she wasn't used to wearing anything so dour and black, and even the sunflower she'd tucked into her button hole for good luck didn't make her feel any better. Sun colours were supposed to be heartening and warm. She didn't feel very heartened.

She wondered where Harry and the others giving testimony would be. She had a distinct dislike of the Ministry as it was, and it was even more pronounced here in the darkening corridor outside the chamber of the Wizengamot.

Her father didn't like the Wizengamot any more than he liked the Ministry. That was his reason for not attending with her today. Luna of course knew that the real reason was that he didn't want to leave the apparent safety of their house. She was worried he'd become a hermit, but those worries would have to wait for another time. Like Narcissa, Luna had a date with the Wizengamot, and though it wasn't a matter of life and death for her, that didn't stop her feeling terrified.
