Luna realised she was trembling as she waited for the moment when she would be called on to testify. She wasn't cold, in fact, she felt unpleasantly warm. The robes she'd worn probably didn't help - she wasn't used to wearing anything so dour and black, and even the sunflower she'd tucked into her button hole for good luck didn't make her feel any better. Sun colours were supposed to be heartening and warm. She didn't feel very heartened

Ron shifted uncomfortably in his seat, Hermione's hand tightly wrapped in his own, and he gave a nod to Luna as came in. Hermione was a bit pale and he was worried about how reliving that night at the Malfoy's was going to affect her.

Harry was the only one who didn't seem outwardly nervous. Ron supposed when you met death it did give you a certain sense of self-confidence.

Ron had never seen a full Wizengamot and when he had explained how the proceedings were going to work to Hermione she'd told him she'd read up on it already but kissed him on the cheek.

One could only hope that everyone would understand Harry's testimony and justice would be served.

He'd only met Narcissa Malfoy on two occassions but there was something about her that didn't quite fit in with Lucius Malfoy. There was no doubt she was fond of her son--though Ron couldn't really see why.

Harry stood in the seats, his gaze sweeping along the members of the Wizengamot, and Kingsley at the helm, reciting the charges brought against Narcissa Malfoy. He watched as several members of the Daily Prophet sat in their own seats, scribbling the details with their Quick Note Quills, scrutinizing Malfoy as she sat with her hands clasped tightly in her lap. Harry would be called upon soon enough to speak for Narcissa, and he waited, trying to be patient. He just wanted this whole bloody thing finished.

He knew his friends were waiting in a room connected to the Courtroom, should their testimony be needed, but unlike Lucius and Draco's trials, he doubted the Wizengamot would want to hear them all recount the horrors experienced within Malfoy Manor.

And if Lucius and Draco Malfoy were acquitted of all charges...Narcissa Malfoy would be walking out of the Courtroom a free woman.

Hermione was positive she was going to be called to the stand. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind and given her interest in Magical Law Enforcement she knew she couldn't show weakness.

She had always known how much Malfoy disliked her but to see him stand by while his Aunt had used Unforgivables on her was quite astounding.

That night might have been the worst night of her life except for what followed at Hogwarts. Seeing Harry's lifeless body being carried from the forest by Hagrid, Seeing Fred's blank eyes looking up at her, the bodies of Remus and Tonks.

Hermione only hoped that some type of punishment for the Malfoys would follow. Despite the fact Narcissa had helped Harry. Ron ran his thumb over the back of her hand and she gave him a weak smile.

She could do this. Hermione knew she could.

"Narcissa Black Malfoy, you are charged with the following crimes," the chief warlock of the Wizengamot intoned, "Harbouring a wanted felon, conspiracy to commit treason, accessory to kidnapping--seven counts, accessory to assault in the first degree--two counts, accessory to murder, one count. Do you understand these charges
