This was a week of blood sugar drama. It was higher than I liked, but I tried changes that didn't make things much better. However, I discovered that fried mushrooms are a great topping for pea soup. Anyway, eventually, I decided to just accept that I needed to eat my pea soup for breakfast, and then I thought back to the advice about blood sugar and exercise. So, I decided that I should eat my pea soup all at once and then head out of the house as soon as I'm done, before it has a chance to really jack my blood sugar up. If I walk for a while, then when I come back, my blood sugar is okay. So, that's what I'm going to go with for now. Hopefully, it will work out.
