Not much going on. My blood sugar isn't looking so great. Probably thanks to the beginnings of menopause. I'm going to add some gelatin (protein) and fried zucchini (fiber) to my breakfast pea soup in hopes that it keeps my blood sugar from going up too fast, while my poor body tries to make insulin. I expect this is why I feel sick most of the time.
