Meal plan

So, the bean "cookie dough" didn't work out. That's fine. I felt not so well after eating it (too much carbs = anxiety). However, both the pork sausage that I made (recipe) and the winter squash (I just fried it in olive oil) were great. I'm totally looking forward to eating them again. Of course, as with everyone else, we find ourselves unable to have friends over for our customary Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday. We don't have much of a plan for Thanksgiving because of this. We're kind of thinking of waiting a week or so and then having our "feast". I would be totally happy to eat a huge turkey leg and some winter squash. Mmmm..... However, for this week, I'm just repeating last week's menu, as I don't have a whole lot of excess functionality at the moment. Oh, and sadly, my psychologist has said that I should really try to go out every day, so as much as I don't want to, I'm going to do it. I managed to today, even though their was a lot of tantrum throwing (I didn't actually throw myself on the ground and cry, but it was close). Hopefully, I'll calm down soon.

In really great news that is unrelated to food, I discovered a new mod for Fallout 4. I had played enough of the game that I was getting a little bored. However, Sim Settlement has redone the settlement system and is pretty interesting. I see that there is a Sim Settlement 2, so after I finish the main quest line with the first one, I'll play through it again with the second one.
