I am slowly starting to emerge from my unpredictable instability. Combined with election stress, it has been a challenging few days. However, I'm feeling kind of better. I'm still uncertain enough that I'm not pushing myself much. But, it isn't as bad as it was.
In unrelated news, I am still eating pretty much exactly the same thing from one week to the next. However, I've decided to try eating something slightly more interesting one day a week. We'll see if I have the energy to try it. Some day, I may try
this white bean cookie dough. Maybe it would be good. I'd leave out the honey, but otherwise, it doesn't have anything I don't already eat (I can have a small amount of 85% chocolate). Maybe I'll try it next week. It would be fun.
