All is mostly okay. My blood sugar is doing better. I've decided to focus more on exercise than losing weight, since it is next to impossible to lose weight during menopause. I'll just be chunkier for the next 5-10 years. Annoying, but I can at least be buff too. We continue to go walking. Russians continue to not be very into wearing masks. * sigh * I had some time last week where I was very upset about a report I saw on climate change. It is really damn bad. I mean, I knew, but I didn't really know. This doesn't change too much for us, except that we need to think more about travel and how to do it in a less damaging way. We'll continue to do what we can. I'm trying not to get too miserable about it, though, since misery doesn't solve problems.
