We're still in quarantine. We're having fun playing roleplaying games. I discovered that an increase in salt causes an increase in cortisol, which turns out to be a diuretic, which causes dehydration, which causes low blood volume, which causes knee buckling, high pulse, and confusion. However, too little salt can cause problems too... and so can too much or too little water. So, I'm working on dealing with that. But mostly, I'm fine.
