Things are finally looking a lot better here. Having increased DHEA, vitamin C, and phosphatidyl serine, I feel a whole lot more functional. I'm hoping that I'll be able to continue feeling good long enough to get things done that need to be done.
Other than that, meditation is going well. I'm really enjoying it. I'm not doing a whole lot else, besides writing, but that's fine.
