Mostly Menu with some update

This week has been more of a challenge than last week. I did get blood drawn, which knocked me out for two days. Then, there was tai chi, which also made me tired, since I didn't eat tons of extra food (ie peanuts) to compensate. I think yesterday I also was a bit too conservative with the carbs, so I ended up pretty tired. Now, finally, I feel okay. * shrug * I tried doubling my DHEA, but I think that was a bit too much. So, I'm take 15mg now, which seems okay (so far). However, while I haven't done a whole lot, I have been writing. Granted, it is only fanfic, but I've still had a really good time doing it. Also, I'm really enjoying meditation. So, while I'm not doing a lot, I am enjoying some things.

  • Monday: Beef and chicken on spinach with onions, cauliflower, mushrooms, and garlic
  • Tuesday: Chicken on cauliflower with onions, brussels sprouts, and mustard
  • Wednesday: Pork on cucumber with cabbage and basil
  • Thursday: Trout on celery with cabbage, cucumber, dill weed, lemon juice, and parsley
  • Friday: Chicken on spinach with onions, mushrooms, zucchini, and basil
  • Saturday: Pork on zucchini with broccoli, brussels sprouts, rosemary, and tofu
  • Sunday: Chicken on mushrooms with cauliflower, garlic, ginger root, and parmesan
