Colleagues
A prosecutor who adheres rigidly to his self-defined principles. His single-minded dedication to the pursuit of truth and justice is admirable, but seems at odds with the cynicism that comes with it. Like Re-l, Fratley thinks Edgeworth should give himself a break sometimes. Currently, Fratley juggles police duties with working as Edgeworth's bodyguard.

One of the few Newcomers who shares similarities in appearance with Fratley, if by 'similarities' you mean 'they both look like someone's housepet gone wrong.' They're not well-acquainted, but the gentleman seems like a very private person, so Fratley restrains the better part of his curiosity.
LAUGHING BEAUTY (a.k.a. Lady Sarina)

A young woman with a tendency to laugh at inappropriate moments, particularly when unsettled. Despite her slightly erratic behavior, Fratley considers her a good person, if one that perhaps bears a little bit of supervision. If only he knew. She once once threw up on him. He doesn't hold a grudge. That's probably as good as friendship gets.
RE-L MAYER (a.k.a. Lady Re-l)

A newcomer case worker and police officer, and recently, his unofficial partner. Because of her position as his superior, Fratley regards her in a similar light to Prince Puck. He respects her dedication to her work and the strength of her personality, but he's often concerned about her overexerting herself.
ALICE NONOMURA (a.k.a. Lady Alice)

Acquaintance
A young nurse whose ability, like Fratley's, is to transform-- although hers takes her from human to a giant rabbit. She seems to have possessed this ability well before coming to Siren's Port. She helped Fratley learn how to trigger his transformations at will, and though he doesn't have nearly as good a grip on it as he'd like, he's grateful for her assistance.
ADACHI TOHRU (a.k.a. FUUUUU)

A police officer who assaulted Fratley... though to be frank, Fratley isn't exactly sure what happened there. He remembers speaking to the man and then getting thrown against a wall-- with no connection from point A to point B. For prudence's sake, he doesn't bring up the incident, but he regards the man warily.
YAHA (a.k.a. FUUUUUUUUUUUUU)

A police officer, though Fratley doesn't like to apply the term to him. Yaha seems to follow no laws but his own, and though he's civil enough to Fratley, the knight's uncomfortably aware of what he's capable of. Like Adachi, Yaha is someone to watch.
