My mom and I were squeeing about Christmas last night while I was watching Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. (Yes, I had time to watch that movie even though I had a ton of work because I rock like that and I woke up and got straight to work and it was all done.) My mom wondered what Santa was bringing me for Christmas. She said not to expect much because Santa is a jobless old man. I asked her if I should mail Santa my perscription for some contacts.
Yesterday, my mom taught me how to roll a roti. Like, the big fat rotis. At first I couldn't do it because I wasn't putting enough strength into it, but after my first one, I got it. You have to roll those fuckers HARD or they'll never stretch. My palms were bright red when I was finished. My mom was surprised, she didn't think I could get it. She did say that if I wanted to live in res, I'd have to learn to cook, and learn I shall! XD
I'm getting sicker and sicker, slowly. I hope I'm well enough to go to PC on Friday still. Even if I'm not, I'm going. I don't care! My throat is sore and I'm coughing, but I took medicine and the coughing stopped. Advil, you are my hero.
I had a bit of time to work on the OTR story last night. I'm liking how it's coming out, except I have to alter some narration of Gi because her backstory changed (yet again). And plus her character isn't coming off as I would have liked it. Cara's is coming out better.
